Help Feed Those In NeedAurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry is always in need of caring and committed individuals to assist with our Food Distribution Program. Distribution Volunteer Opportunities are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am-4 pm. In addition to the examples listed below, we are also in need of volunteer receptionists, greeters, and computer check-in volunteers. Whether you prefer an office setting, working in our market or warehouse, or even working outside, just let us know and we will find the perfect job for you! 8:00 am to 10:00 am: Prep for distribution – stocking shelves, sorting produce, filling freezer/cooler shelves, unloading food rescue items from truck, other 9:30 am to 2:15 pm: Assist with distribution – check-in, directing and assisting guests in choosing food, breaking down boxes, refilling shelves in freezer/cooler and Market, sorting food in warehouse, directing traffic in parking lot and overflow parking, loading cars and returning carts, receptionist, greeter, other 2:15 pm to 4:00 pm: Assist with cleaning and restocking shelves Contact us today to be part of our Amazing volunteer team!
