Fermilab Natural Areas has volunteer opportunities available throughout the year. Whether you love native plants, wildlife or everything about nature, we have a place for you to fit in that is suited to your interests and abilities. It requires no special skill set and tools and instruction are always provided. Our regular workdays are Mondays 1:00pm - 3:00pm and Wednesdays 9:00am - 11:00am throughout the year. The workdays may be cancelled due to holidays or bad weather so check our online calendar in advance.
Simply download and fill out the volunteer application, indicating your areas of interest and return to the mailing address provided, email to fermilabnaturalareas@gmail.com, or print it out and bring it to one of our workdays.
