There are many older adults who are constantly experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation that have an adverse effect on their daily lives. Your volunteer service through friendly calling and/or making regular well-being visits including meal delivery to home-bound seniors helps to keep them safe and connected while also providing friendship.
Volunteers are subject to a background check. Depending on the volunteer program training may be provided.
