Empower adults with disabilities and special needs in our Aurora adult day programs. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available including: assistance with lunch time activities, arts & crafts activities, coaching on computers, cooking, exercise/fitness and gardening.
Weekday daytime volunteers, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. are our greatest need, but occasionally have opportunities on the weekends. We ask that regular volunteers commit to at least one, 3-4 hour shift a week.
We have volunteer opportunities in our day programs with community outings, as well as in our offices including clerical and filing, document scanning and IT support.
We also have one-time and group volunteer opportunities. Volunteer opportunities may be either indoors or outdoors. Contact us for more information.
