Renz Center has an immediate need for a volunteers. Volunteer positions include:
Board Members (living or working in St. Charles, Geneva, Wayne, South Elgin, Elgin, Carpentersville, Streamwood, Hanover Park or Bartlett) with experience and/or influence representing the following sectors: non-profits, finance, legal, marketing, fund raising, religion, vulnerable populations, substance use disorder (SUD) recovery, youth development, business community.
Office work - answering phones, opening mail, making copies, assembling folders, scoring youth surveys and other light office tasks.
Handyman - We are in need of a handy person that knows how to maintain a furnace, replace batteries in exit signs, build a shelf, replace a faucet, etc.
Cleaning and Maintenance tasks - dust, polish wood, clean windows & blinds
Gardening, Trimming, Weeding and Litter Removal - seasonal
