Help Open Door promote the use of condoms to decrease the spread of sexually transmitted infections by volunteering to make up packets. Open Door receives a variety of condoms and other supplies twice a year from the Chicago Public Health Department. In an effort to promote the use of condoms to decrease the spread of sexually transmitted infections Open Door provides free packets filled with a variety of condoms, lubricants, and instructions on how to properly use a condom. Packets that are distributed in both Health Centers, Elgin and Aurora, as well as and in the community. Open Door needs a volunteer to help create the condom packets at our Aurora office, or in your own home to distribute to clients and the community.
