Kwanzaa Celebration

The name Kwanzaa is derived from the phrase "matunda ya kwanza" which means "first fruits" in Swahili. Seven candles represent the Seven Principles, the minimum set of values which we are urged to live by and practice throughout the year. There will be live entertainment, inspirational speakers, story telling, food and fun for the whole family. This event is free to the public.
