Our mission is to attract visitors to our area to see our attractions, meet at our facilities, play on our fields, stay in our hotels and dine in our restaurants. We develop new and enhance old marketing techniques to accomplish this. We educate the local public by showing the importance of tourism to the economy and job creation in our area and in the state of Illinois.

The Aurora Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is a non-profit Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for the communities of Aurora, Batavia, Big Rock, Hinckley, Montgomery, North Aurora, Plano, Sandwich, Sugar Grove and Yorkville, Illinois.
