The Hinckley Area Food Pantry (HAFP) was originally created in 1993 as a mission of local churches and service organizations. The HAFP provides food and other resources to residents of Big Rock, Hinckley, Maple Park, Shabbona, and Waterman, Illinois. The HAFP is a 501(c)(3) organization and follows all Internal Revenue Codes pertinent to 501(c)(3) organizations. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization is to operate a non-profit food pantry for the purpose of distribution of food to persons requesting assistance.

What We Do
HAFP supports families and individuals in Big Rock, Hinckley, Maple Park, Shabbona, and Waterman who are food insecure. We provide grocery basics as well as occasional resources of school supplies, children's meals, winter wear, etc.
